Chuan Park is being developed by Kingsford Development and MCC Singapore.
Chuan Park Residences is a joint venture development project by Kingsford Development Pte Ltd and MCC Singapore. Kingsford Development Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Kingsford Group, which has a diversified portfolio of businesses, including real estate development, property management, and manufacturing. MCC Land Singapore, on the other hand, is an overseas branch of MCC Group that engages in urban planning, project planning, urban and property development, project management, general contracting of construction engineering and foundation engineering, as well as contracting of steel structure engineering.
The developers acquired the former Chuan Park for $890 million and are developing a brand-new condominium that sits on a land of 400,517 sft (37,208.9 sqm) in size. The new development has the potential to yield close to 900 units with multiple configurations and full condominium facilities, including lush greenery and landscape.
Chuan Park Residences is strategically located within walking distance to Lorong Chuan MRT Station of Circle-Line, making travelling to most parts of Singapore easy. It is only one MRT station away from Serangoon MRT, which has NEX shopping mall that has ample retail shops and dining options that cater to everyone. For those who love local and hawker food, Chuan Park Residences is also a short drive away from the famous Serangoon Gardens Chomp Chomp hawker and food centre that sells BBQ seafood, satay, fried hokkien noodle, and more. There are also several bistros and cafes tucked away in the quiet and tranquil landed estate at Jalan Girang, which is a short stroll from Chuan Park Residences. The newly renovated New Tech Park also has a wide variety of restaurants and cafes that cater to residents staying nearby.
